Responsibilities:Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Collections Coordinator to join our Finance team.
The Senior Collections Coordinator is a trusted expert within the Orders to Cash (O2C) organization, responsible for managing a complex portfolio of accounts, resolving high-impact issues, and mentoring peers. This role supports strategic goals to improve cash acceleration, reduce revenue leakage, and enhance the customer experience. By applying advanced problem-solving skills and sound judgment, the Senior Coordinator drives resolution on escalated accounts and partners across functions to strengthen financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of strategic, high-risk, or high-value accounts, proactively resolving barriers to timely payment
- Lead resolution of complex disputes and escalations by working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Order Management, Billing, and Customer Success teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for collections best practices, systems, and root-cause resolution processes
- Mentor and support Collection Coordinators by sharing insights, shadowing calls, and helping troubleshoot difficult account situations
- Identify trends and present actionable insights to management regarding collections performance, root-cause issues, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and deliver reporting on aging, DSO, and portfolio health for leadership and stakeholder consumption.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving upstream and downstream processes related to order, billing, and collections workflows
- Process payments and refunds per policy and ensure audit-ready documentation of all activities
- Represent the Credit & Collections team in broader business conversations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Model high standards of professionalism, empathy, and accountability in client and team interactions
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B collections, credit, or accounts receivable roles
- Demonstrated success managing complex accounts, escalated disputes, or customers with nuanced billing arrangements
- Experience with ERP and financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, and Salesforce preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Proven ability to mentor team members and lead by example in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders

The starting wage is anticipated between $22.00 and $23.00 an hour and will be commensurate with experience.
