We are seeking a dynamic Director of Product Management & Strategy to lead the development and delivery of lifecycle staffing and services solutions for the rapidly expanding data center market. This role is critical to Kelly’s growth in the digital infrastructure sector, overseeing a portfolio that supports data center operators, hyperscale providers, OEMs (e.g., Cisco, Eaton, Carrier), and their ecosystem partners.
You will define the product roadmap, manage a team of direct reports, and collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers, recruiting leaders, and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, market-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
oDevelop and continuously refine a product strategy aligned to the full data center lifecycle (design, construction, commissioning, operations, IT/AI integration).
oDefine core offerings including engineering, MEP trades, commissioning, structured cabling, smart hands, and AI/IT support services.
Cross-Functional Leadership
oLead a team of product managers and analysts; oversee execution of service design, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
oPartner with Strategic Account Managers to identify whitespace opportunities and prioritize product-market fit.
oCollaborate with other organizational leaders on where to focus service offerings and how to develop them.
Stakeholder Engagement
oAct as the voice of the customer by conducting regular discovery with clients and internal delivery teams.
oCollaborate with CoEs and delivery leaders to ensure scalable, repeatable service models and playbooks.
Market Intelligence
oMonitor trends in AI, cloud computing, and data center infrastructure to identify emerging services (e.g., immersion cooling, power grid interconnection, AI infrastructure deployment).
Operational Execution
oDrive the development of product KPIs and financial targets in partnership with finance and executive leadership.
oOversee pilot programs, service launches, and lifecycle improvement initiatives.
oIdentify and onboard vendors and resources to support various service offerings and contracts.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product management, program management, service design, or strategy roles—preferably in staffing, consulting, or infrastructure.
Direct experience with a telecom operator and its evolution/incorporation of data center operations.
Direct experience within the system operations environment of Hyperscale entities, such as AWS and Meta.
Direct experience with finance processes and systems in a product or managed services operation.
Direct experience developing and/or managing operational tools and SW platforms.
Strong familiarity with data center industry operations, OEM partner ecosystems, and technical staffing models.
Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and bringing B2B service products to market.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder alignment skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
