As a strategic leader within the Consumer team, the Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving high-level customer engagement, business growth, and long-term partnerships with key accounts. This role focuses on executive-level relationship building, strategic account planning, and aligning customer needs with Analog Devices’ (ADI) innovative solutions. The KAM collaborates closely with Field Applications Engineers (FAEs), Business Units, and customers as strategic collaborators to deliver value-driven outcomes and shape the future of our CSG organization.
The successful candidate will also become a domain and subject matter expert in the Consumer focused applications, leveraging market insights to influence internal strategy and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities, grow & convert pipeline to achieve account growth ambition with aligned stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Lead strategic account planning, including opportunity identification, revenue forecasting, and design win tracking.
- Drive annual price negotiations and commercial discussions to secure competitive positioning.
Market & Domain Expertise
- Become a recognized subject matter expert in the areas of customer domain investment.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers as co-innovators to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration
- Partner with FAEs to align technical and commercial strategies for customer success.
- Coordinate with Business Units to ensure timely support, solution delivery, and innovation alignment.
- Engage customers as strategic collaborators, co-developing solutions and roadmaps that align with mutual goals.
- Support customer visits, technical workshops, and executive briefings with cross-functional teams.
Customer-Centric Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and ensure alignment with ADI’s value proposition.
- Manage quality, logistics, and operational requirements in collaboration with internal teams.
Thought Leadership & Representation
- Represent ADI at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand presence and gather market intelligence.
- Share insights and best practices across the organization to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent in Experience.
- 7+ years proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the Consumer or Wearables sectors.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep curiosity and passion for technology, with a strategic mindset.
- Willingness to travel, up to 25% of the time

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $138,320 to $190,190.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
