As a senior global program manager this role will lead our global Systems Engineer enablement initiatives. In this role, you will drive strategy, planning, and implementation of learning solutions for Veeam’s pre-sales organization, using consistent program management processes.

Your core focus will be to oversee the design, development and deployment of enablement resources to enhance the SE organization effectiveness. Leveraging PM tools, rapid authoring tools, AI and micro-learning platforms, you will deliver tailored content focused on SE onboarding, process, sales messaging, product enablement and best practices.

This role involves close collaboration with Geo Sales Acceleration Technical trainers, learning designers, program managers, specialists and cross-functional teams (product marketing, product development, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Lead end-to-end management of core SE enablement programs, executing projects across (including but not limited to): SE Onboarding Journey, SE sales process, and technical product launch enablement, Global Tech Training tracks (Launchpad/TechExpo).
  • Project Management: Serves as a DRI for SE Technical Education Events: Define the overall learning and program objectives aligned with SE Leadership and Geo Sales Acceleration leadership, cross-collaborate with identified staff for event logistics, coordinate educational aspects with global SE organizations
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to define business needs and deliver enablement resources. Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate thought leadership to the wider sales acceleration organization; stay updated on AI and automation trends, recommending enhancements to existing tools and championing best practices to drive innovation across SE enablement projects.
  • Content Creation: Partner with Sales Acceleration and stakeholders to design resources—using AI platforms for real-time sales scenarios, role-plays, and playbooks.
  • Learning Repository: Maintain a centralized library of SE onboarding resources, best practices, and AI-generated insights for easy access by SE teams.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with Geo SA teams, PMM, and Revenue Intelligence to deliver comprehensive analytics on the impact learning assets and drive continuous improvement.

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience with building & implementing enablement curriculums AND 5+ years of experience in a sales or sales support role
  • Experience in defining and developing enablement execution strategies in line with needs-analysis identification of business requirements.
  • Experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams is a plus
  • Experience end-to-end managing, implementing and facilitation of a corporate enablement programs at a global scale.
  • Experience with LMS Integration and analytics platforms
  • Prior experience leading geo-based or global programs that scale with focus on significant business impact. 
  • Curriculum development & coordination experience for a sales environment
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, performance metrics and creating content for real-world sales opportunities.
  • Ongoing use or certification with program/project management methodology

  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage many projects & tasks simultaneously

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
