The Senior Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key client accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, fostering strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Senior Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for growth and effectively addressing client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth.
Analyze client needs and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
Monitor account performance and provide insights and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management or client services, with a strong track record of managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
