What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to payroll, policies, and benefits
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Stocks, Payroll, Talent Management, and Operations partners to resolve HR issues
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and ethical behavior
  • Utilize analytical and critical-thinking skills for continuous improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high level accuracy in call tracking

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of Call Center/Customer Service/Escalations experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using Knowledge database and researching skills
  • HR experience (Payroll and Benefits)
  • HR technical abilities, HR software preferred
