We are looking for a Billing & Debitors Specialist (m/w/d) remote within Germany.

What you will do here:
  • Creating invoices for all Learnship Entities
  • Posting invoices in ERP system ( Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central )
  • Posting and applying cash for accounts receivable from bank statements
  • Handling and improving monthly dunning process
  • Assisting in Order to Cash related projects
  • Reconciliations of customer accounts
  • Handle inbound emails for Billing and Account receivable matters


What we’re looking for:
  • Advanced in MS Word and Excel
  • Salesforce and Business Central experience is a plus
  • German and English speaking and writing mandatory, French is a plus
  • Experience working in international companies
  • 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing for international Companies
  • good communication skills
  • very detail oriented
  • ability to prioritize and organize tasks
  • ability to adapt to process and strategic changes
