We seek an experienced Full Stack .Net (C#/SQL) Developer with Salesforce/APEX skills and experience to contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining a Salesforce integration platform to enhance business processes. In this role, the Full Stack C# & Salesforce (APEX) Developer will utilize APEX development expertise to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions that improve data accuracy and streamline operations. The Developer will collaborate with diverse teams in a Scrum environment to deliver custom CRM/ERP applications.

  • Hybrid position in Brooklyn Center, MN (2 days on-site, 3 days remote weekly)
  • $90-120K salary + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Partner with the technology team to design and maintain Salesforce integration systems.
  • Contribute to developing Angular and C# .NET code for proprietary CRM/ERP solutions, gaining in-depth knowledge of the codebase, including dependencies, testing frameworks, and deployment workflows.
  • Participate in deployment planning and execution for applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues across various environments.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans to ensure all applications meet acceptance criteria.
  • Actively engage in team Scrum ceremonies.
  • Support team members through code reviews and pair programming.
  • Adhere to team standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least three years of experience as a software developer with demonstrated problem-solving expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Apex programming language, including triggers, classes, and controllers.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, relationships, and fields.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration approaches, including REST APIs and data synchronization techniques.
  • Full-stack development experience, with proficiency in front-end technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end C# programming, as well as experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and Git.
  • Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within development teams and across departments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical challenges.
