BB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Environmental Facilities Design Specialist to support activities for a broad range of facilities supporting NAVFAC serviced organizations, DoN and other DoD components that are dispersed over a large geographical region, housing numerous complex military facilities such as administrative and housing facilities to very complex industrial and operational facilities in Norfolk, VA.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Key Qualifications
· U.S. Citizenship and theability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC is required
· Certification: Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist is required
· Knowledge
· Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant Environmental Facilities experience is required
· Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geology, Geotechnical, or Environmental focuses from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited college or university is required
