We are looking for a bold and results-driven Senior Brand Acquisition & Partnerships Manager to lead our commercial acquisition strategy for the US market, reporting directly to the Head of Brands. The US represents our largest and highest-potential geography for brand partnerships, and this is a pivotal senior leadership role sitting at the heart of our growth strategy, combining sophisticated pipeline management with P&L ownership and market leadership. You will have significant autonomy to shape how we identify, engage, and partner with exceptional independent brands across fashion, beauty, home, and jewelry categories, whilst directly managing the US-based brands team, currently comprising an Associate and a Manager in charge of Success.
The Senior Brand Acquisition & Partnerships Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring sophisticated sales expertise at scale, and be capable of taking full ownership of high-impact acquisition initiatives in a complex two-sided marketplace.
