Due to our continued growth Succession Wealth now have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and competent Client Review Administrator to join our Client Delivery team. You will be working as part of a highly effective administration team supporting our Wealth Planners to ensure we deliver an excellent service and outstanding outcomes for our clients.

The role

The main purpose of the role is to work within the Annual Planning Meeting (APM) Team for the achievement of client delivery standards through the production of APM and Client Review Packs.

Responsibilities of the role include to:


  • Complete client APM Checks and APM Packs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the integrity of office processes, procedures and databases.
  • Liaise with service providers as necessary and communicate accordingly with colleagues.
  • Assist with the retention and retention of client relationships.
  • Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timescales.
  • Maintain a high quality of support to the Client Delivery Lead and Wealth Planner


You will need:


  • At least a year’s experience in a financial services administration role, preferably in client and advisor support.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to engage and create ownership.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft word and excel packages essential.
  • Confident use of industry back-office systems to analyse and report on data.
