Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with proven experience in QuickBooks Online to manage our day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using QuickBooks Online.
  • Invoicing and Payments: Process invoices, monitor accounts, and manage payment collections.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Reporting: Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.


Qualifications

  • English resume is required.
  • English level of C1/C2 required.
  • At least (2) years of experience as a Bookkeeper with US Companies.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
