Primary Duties


Develop, review, and disseminate documentation for the Markets Division, primarily focusing on supervisory procedures.

  • Ensure documentation is completed on time and meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and risk management strategies, complying with all policy and regulatory standards.
  • Fulfill all necessary assessments, training sessions, and affirmations as required by Bank Policies and Audit guidelines, including Business Continuity Planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education.
  • Experience in Financial Services, preferably within Corporate and Investment Banking sectors.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team and across various organizational levels, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and precision.
