Atracsys Business Director is responsible for all Atracsys operations and site

What will you be doing?
  • Ensure all daily operations;
  • Supervise the quality team and make certain that quality policy is followed;
  • Manage the sales and after-sales team and supervise operations;
  • Supervise the R&D and engineering team;
  • Supervise the manufacturing team and ensure the availability and quality of products;
  • Manage administrative team;
  • Responsible of strategic orientation and new product developments of Atracsys business unit;
  • Develop business and onboard Key Account Customers;
  • Be the main contact point with S+N managers, HR, legal, and finance
  • Is responsible for employee training, skill level evaluation /gap analysis;
  • Local finance director as well as handling insurances;
  • Supervise HRE operations


What will you need to be successful?
  • Master degree in engineering/equivalent grade required;
  • 5+ years of experience as a director;
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Medtech industry is preferred
  • Deep experience in Atracsys products (technology, manufacturing, commercialization) a plus
