Senior Software Development Lead

Job requirements

Experience Range: At least 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in software development, including significant hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ solutions Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and optimal system performance
  • Develop and customize CPQ pricing modules, including advanced pricing rules, custom scripts, and multi-dimensional quoting scenarios
  • Configure product catalogs, quote templates, contracts, and renewals within Salesforce CPQ to support complex sales processes
  • Manage advanced approval workflows and integrate CPQ solutions with enterprise systems to optimize approval cycles and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine processes, and deliver scalable CPQ enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CPQ configuration, pricing logic, and quoting workflows, minimizing system downtime
  • Mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and promoting best practices for CPQ development and deployment
  • Monitor system performance, conduct code reviews, and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and maintainability

    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or equivalent certification
  • Apttus CPQ Certification relevant to the role
