Join us and spearhead the charge toward a product future that transcends the ordinary. 🔮🌐 You will be focused on eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring that development teams have clear, testable, and well-prioritized specifications to deliver against. 

Elicit and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders in a software product environment Author user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation to a high standard Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence Support UAT planning and execution, serving as a liaison between business and QA teams

 

 

Agile/Scrum Tools: Jira, Confluence

 

 Slack/Teams Deliverables: User stories, BRDs, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, use cases

 

Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment.

Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. English proficiency. 

CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.

Familiarity with API concepts and ability to review technical specifications. 

Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
