Remote Booking & Reservations Assistant (U.S. Based Only)

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Booking & Reservations Assistant to support scheduling and reservation coordination within the travel industry.

This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and enjoy working in a structured, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating bookings, reservations, and scheduling requests
  • Gather and organize client information and preferences

    • Requirements

  • Comfortable using email, online systems, and scheduling tools
