The recruitment process will be carried out in English, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly metrics performance

Create and execute driver activation initiatives to increase active drivers, including communications, campaign, incentives, bonuses.

Work closely with Demand teams to ensure order fulfillment, projects & maintain supply reliability.

Monitor active driver performance and provide insight & recommendation to improve supply.

Lead a small team to achieve metrics targets and deliver excellent execution.

Initiate driver engagement initiatives such as: (targeted communication, incentives, or campaigns) to improve order response rate / fulfillment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytic and problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly on operational issues.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.

Comfortable communicating with drivers.

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Management, Operations, or related fields.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply management, ride-hailing or related industries

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Slides.
