The Enterprise Sales Executive opportunity at BlueCat acts as a critical member of our Sales team. You connect existing customers, new logo(s) and our channel partners to make sure they are getting the most out of their experience with us. To support our growing operations in Europe, we need you, have you got what it takes!?
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Manage a strategic territory coverage and sales plan that encourages multi-angle access into new and existing accounts
- Capable of hunting in existing accounts and sourcing new logo pipeline
- Capable of achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis
- Build and grow an ongoing pipeline of existing accounts
- Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
- Plan and manage both account and deal strategy. Identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within existing accounts
- Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat map within entire account list
- Articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders. Effectively identify and quantify customer pains, highlight ROI and business value through a consultative sales approach
- Work within a team environment; manage internal and external resources to execute account and deal strategy and maximize sales efforts and success rate
- Establish & maintain strong and reference able relationships with our client base
- Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 10+ years of technology sales experience, with a track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quota and a high level of income attainment

- The ability to initiate and execute on self-defined business plan
- Someone who takes the initiative, is highly driven and self-motivated
- Someone who can take feedback and constructive criticism to put it into action

Capable of travelling across Europe
- Demonstrated success in strategic account selling
- Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn and apply AI-enabled sales tools and LLMs such as Gong, Momentum, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, Claude, and related platforms to improve pipeline generation, account research, deal strategy, business case development, proposal writing, and negotiation preparation; able to speak to specific examples of how they are using AI today to improve sales results or efficiency.
- Experience using Salesforce to input data, track pipeline and forecasts, and utilise reports for analytical purposes
- Strong business acumen. Polished, and articulate, comfortable selling & presenting to senior level executives. Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
