Description

We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer to help develop next-generation embedded imaging systems in a fast-moving product environment.

You will work across the full development lifecycle — from concept and simulation to debugging, verification, calibration, and industrialization — on systems involving microcontrollers, cameras, LEDs, sensors, and embedded electronics.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth with high ownership, fast learning ability, and a pragmatic engineering mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded electronic systems, including:
    • Microcontroller-based hardware
    • Camera and imaging systems
    • LED illumination and sensor interfaces
    • Power, connectivity, and peripheral electronics
  • Create schematics, PCB layouts, and manufacturing documentation
  • Perform circuit simulation, validation, debugging, and root-cause analysis
  • Define and execute hardware verification and calibration procedures
  • Support prototype bring-up, testing, and system integration
  • Drive industrialization activities together with manufacturing and suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with firmware, software, mechanical, optics, and product teams
  • Use modern AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows to accelerate development and improve engineering efficiency
  • Contribute pragmatically across disciplines in a fast-paced start-up environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or a related technical field
  • Strong practical experience in electronics development and embedded systems
  • Experience with PCB design and ECAD tools such as:
    • Altium Designer
    • KiCad
  • Experience with debugging and lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power analyzers, etc.)
  • Understanding of simulation, verification, and calibration methodologies
  • Familiarity with embedded interfaces and communication protocols
  • Ability to independently drive problems to resolution with high ownership
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with camera systems, optics, LEDs, or imaging pipelines
  • Mechanical engineering experience, especially in system integration, thermal management, precision mechanics, or product development
  • Optical engineering experience, including illumination systems, imaging optics, sensors, or optical calibration
  • Experience with manufacturing transfer and industrialization
  • Familiarity with EMC, signal integrity, thermal considerations, and reliability testing
  • Experience in regulated or high-quality engineering environments
  • Exposure to AI-assisted engineering workflows and modern development tooling

What We Value

  • High agency and strong execution mindset
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
  • Pragmatic problem-solving
  • Clear communication and collaborative attitude
  • Motivation to work in an ambitious, fast-paced start-up environment

Benefits

Real-world impact — work on challenging embedded systems that directly shape product performance and the user experience.

Ownership and autonomy — we value engineers who take real ownership, move fast, and dig into difficult multidisciplinary problems end to end.

Competitive market salary.

Outcome-oriented environment — what matters here is your work and your results.

Startup culture — fast-moving, hands-on, and built for people who want to ship and see results quickly.

Small team — your contributions are visible and they count; you're a core part of the team.
