Key Responsitbilities:
- Create and maintain detailed customer profiles, capturing client preferences, needs, and interaction history.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, content, and functionality of company portals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive support.
- Monitor product usage, identify opportunities to increase utilization, and enhance client value.
- Address client feedback effectively to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
