Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Cabling and Infrastructure Technician with leadership experience supervising teams and operations on Data Center construction, installation, and deployment projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage crews and ensure all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, have knowledge of Data Center processes, and experience coordinating personnel in fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work crews on active Data Center construction projects.
• Organize daily activities to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams in both English and Spanish.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality of work, and team performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and adjust activities based on project needs.
• Support training and development of field personnel.

Requirements

• Work authorization.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Foreman.
• Conversational English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or structural construction processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Center or other mission-critical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Additional certifications are a plus.
