Job Title: Neighborhood Outreach Representative (Home Remodeling) – No High-Pressure Sales

Location: Columbus, OH & Surrounding Areas(local neighborhoods)

Pay: $16hr + bonuses up to $2000+ per week

Schedule: Part-time 4pm - 8pm

What You’ll Do (No Pressure)

You’ll talk with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, start friendly conversations, introduce our services, and offer a free estimate/consultation. Your goal is to start conversations and set appointments—not “close” deals at the door.

What You’ll Do

• Walk assigned neighborhoods (we provide the areas + guidance)
• Knock doors and introduce My Square Home in a friendly, respectful way
• Share a simple intro and basic information about our remodeling services
• Qualify interest and schedule free in-home consultations for our estimating team
• Track quick notes and appointments in our system
• Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity

What This Role Is NOT

• No high-pressure sales tactics
• No forcing conversations or pushing homeowners
• No selling contracts at the door

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident communicator
• Comfortable meeting new people and working outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus (but not required)

Requirements

• Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods
• Smartphone for scheduling/notes
• Reliable transportation (preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the US
