Job Responsibilities:

Cashiers:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assisting with purchases and questions
• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cashier area
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and guest-ready throughout the shift
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Shift Leads:

• Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations
• Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity and customer service standards
• Assist with cash handling, shift accountability, and operational procedures
• Help train and coach team members while promoting a positive team environment
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and food service standards are maintained
