Description
As a General Manager at Rally’s, you will lead the overall success of the restaurant by driving sales, developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll oversee all day-to-day operations, coach and develop team members, manage financial performance, and create a fast-paced, positive environment that reflects Rally’s standards and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses to meet company goals
- Create a positive, energetic, and accountability-driven work environment
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are consistently met
- Lead and develop Assistant Managers and shift leaders for future growth opportunities
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to improve results
- Ensure proper scheduling and staffing levels to support business needs
- Maintain company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Oversee restaurant maintenance and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and guest-ready inside and out

A hands-on leader who leads by example, builds strong teams, drives results, and creates an outstanding experience for both guests and employees.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or high-volume operations
Proven leadership experience managing teams, coaching employees, and driving performance
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, labor management, and customer service
Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing inventory, scheduling, food cost, and labor cost controls
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
Basic computer and reporting skills required
High school diploma or GED preferred
ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
