Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Safely operate and drive company trucks, forklifts, bobcats, and other equipment
- Load, unload, and move building materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist crew members with general labor tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, vehicles, storage areas, and job sites
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional manual labor and support duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, masonry, or a related field preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks efficiently
