Job Description

Join a leading aviation maintenance team supporting  business jet programs in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.

This role focuses on aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and modification of Global and Challenger business jets within a high-performance corporate aviation environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring airworthiness, safety, and reliability of advanced business aircraft.

  • Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
  • Diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical system issues on aircraft
  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks per technical manuals
  • Perform component removal, installation, and system repairs
  • Assist with engine removal/installation, fueling, and ground support operations
  • Document all maintenance work in compliance with FAA and company procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards
  • Operate ground support equipment and industrial vehicles as required
  • Participate in 5S workplace organization and cleanliness initiatives
  • Provide off-site maintenance support when required
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft readiness

Qualifications

  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate aviation experience, preferably on Bombardier or Gulfstream aircraft
  • Strong experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and maintenance manuals
  • Must own and maintain basic hand tools with proper inventory control
  • Ability to obtain required Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as required
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to obtain SIDA badge if applicable
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
