At Syngenta, we're building world-class finance operations - and we need a hands-on leader to drive our Invoice to Pay function forward. If you thrive on optimizing processes, developing talent, and delivering exceptional service, this is your opportunity.
Accountabilities:
- Lead & deliver end-to-end I2P operations - invoice processing, payments, AP helpdesk, and vendor master data - ensuring on-time, error-free service delivery from the Pune GFO
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles to boost productivity, eliminate waste, and exceed internal benchmarks
- Own compliance & controls - maintain process adherence to Syngenta's internal policies, facilitate audit reviews, and manage exceptions with precision
- Build a high-performing team - mentor, develop, and retain a team of 10+ analysts through effective coaching, performance management, and proactive attrition strategies
- Partner with stakeholders - work directly with service delivery, operations, and internal control teams to resolve challenges and elevate the client experience
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 7–12 years in finance operations (MNC/GCC) with 3–4 years leading teams of 10+ members
- Deep I2P expertise - invoice processing, T&E, Card admin, exception handling, Payments, Invocie Audit/Quality Checks, AP Service desk
- Strong knowledge of tax, WHT, and GST frameworks
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (VIM), Ariba, Concur, and ServiceNow
- Managed projects and implemented continous improvment ideas wit in operations
- Excellent Customer centricity, communication, and documentation skills
- Transition/insourcing experience is a plus
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
