It develops AI-powered tools that help international nurses integrate faster, document more efficiently, and deliver higher-quality care – reducing the burden on healthcare facilities while enabling nurses to work with confidence from day one.
Its flagship product is an AI-driven, speech-based, audit-proof documentation platform designed for care facilities. Nurses can update electronic health records (EHR) through a single voice input in their native language, while the system automatically converts speech into medically compliant German documentation in real time. The platform integrates directly with leading EHR systems such as Medifox, Vivendi, and Orbis, and is fully GDPR-compliant, with servers hosted in Germany. The result is significantly reduced administrative workload and more time for patient care.
Complementing this solution, the product portfolio includes two additional tools: a learning platform that prepares international nurses for the Kenntnisprüfung and accelerates onboarding into German care workflows; and an always-on AI assistant built on real German nursing workflows that answers clinical, documentation, and language-related questions in real time, in the nurse’s preferred language. Together, these products support the full journey: learn, ask, act.
The Role
Position: Sales Lead - Germany (Healthcare AI / Software)
This is a foundational commercial role, responsible for building and scaling the German market from the ground up. You will lead the transition from a recruitment-led approach to a tech-enabled, AI-driven solution, positioning the company as a key partner for healthcare providers across Germany.
You will own the full sales cycle, working closely with leadership to define the go-to-market strategy, validate positioning, and drive revenue growth in a highly relevant and urgent space.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand the German market, with a focus on Northern and Western regions
- Drive new business development with hospitals, care homes, and healthcare providers
- Lead consultative, solution-based sales processes for AI/software products
- Identify client needs and position tailored, high-impact solutions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem
- Act as a trusted advisor, bringing a solution-oriented and value-driven approach
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to refine product-market fit
- Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and GTM execution in Germany
Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in healthcare and/or B2B software sales
- Strong network within the German healthcare ecosystem
- Proven track record in consultative selling and closing complex deals
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable building processes, structure, and pipeline from scratch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English
Location & Setup
- Focus regions: Northern & Western Germany
- Base: Düsseldorf
Working Model
- Flexible setup / Open to remote
- Travel required: approximately 1–2 days per week for client meetings

- No direct reports initially, with strong potential to build and lead a team
