About the Role
We are building a high-impact, fast-growing business within Innovaccer focused on Flow Solutions across Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, and Patient Engagement. We’re looking for a Senior Solution Specialist to serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Customers — combining strong operational understanding with the ability to translate capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes. This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong storytelling, executive presence, and comfort operating in dynamic environments.

A Day in the Life
- Develop deep expertise in Innovaccer’s solutions across RCM, Patient Access, and Patient Outreach and Engagement
- Partner with Sales and Customer teams to drive opportunities through tailored narratives, demos, and value discussions
- Lead solution design conversations aligned to customer priorities and operational goals
- Act as a trusted advisor - connecting customer challenges to measurable business outcomes Deliver clear, confident storytelling across both operational and executive audiences
- Collaborate with Product to stay aligned on capabilities and bring customer insights back into the roadmap
What You Need
- 8–12+ years in Solution Consulting, Pre-sales, or Product Specialist roles in healthcare
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, think on your feet, and adapt in real time
- Proven track record of leading customer conversations, demos, and solutioning efforts
- Ability to build AI prototypes and Agents a big plus
- Collaborative, high-ownership mindset suited to a fast-paced environment
