We’re currently hiring Care Companions to support older adults. In this role, you’ll offer meaningful, one-on-one, non-medical care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation

Support with daily routines like grooming, medication reminders, or mobility assistance

Help with errands or provide transportation, if needed

Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or environment

Key Traits:

Reliable and punctual

Friendly, patient, and compassionate

Able to work independently and follow care instructions

Good communicator and attentive to details

Respectful of each client’s privacy, dignity, and lifestyle

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
