What You’ll Do

• Build rapport and trust with homeowners to sell the right products and services.
• Develop strong client relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals with confidence.
• Convert missed opportunities from technicians’ invoices or proposals into closed sales.
• Get customers excited about our company and encourage referrals.
• Stay informed about your local market and customer needs.
• Contribute to setting aggressive yet achievable sales goals and expansion plans.
• Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of in-home electric sales experience in a high-paced environment (required).
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets.
• Customer Service: Warm, professional, and a natural people-person with a solutions-focused approach.
• Drive: Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with exceptional follow-up skills.
• Organization: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
