We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead to join our Charlotte team, responsible for maintaining boutique fitness studios during overnight hours. This role is crucial to ensuring a spotless, welcoming environment for clients and staff, and includes both hands-on cleaning and leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deep clean fitness studio spaces, including reformers/equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
• Take before and after photos at each location to document results
• Follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure thoroughness
• Clock in and out at each stop using a mobile app
• As Lead: Take inventory of cleaning supplies, place restocking orders, manage cleaner attendance, and coordinate same-night replacement coverage if needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience using a smartphone to clock in/out via a mobile app and take before/after photos
• Ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting/carrying cleaning supplies and equipment
• Reliable personal vehicle for driving between two Charlotte, NC studio locations
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Availability for overnight shifts starting around 11:00 PM and 12:15 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
• Experience in a lead, supervisory, or scheduling/logistics coordination role
• Experience cleaning boutique fitness studios and/or fitness equipment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $17/hr (Cleaner) or $19/hr (Lead)
• Performance bonuses: $20 for each 4–5 star rating, streak bonuses ($25/$50/$100/$200 for 10/25/50/100 consecutive shifts), solo coverage bonuses, with a maximum rating bonus of up to ~$700/month
