What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients in a hybrid model, combining both in-person and telehealth sessions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care and goal achievement.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and other support staff to maintain treatment fidelity and quality.
  • Document clinical data accurately and maintain up-to-date client records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.

Requirements

  • Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience providing behavioral therapy services in both in-person and telehealth settings.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid caseload efficiently.
  • Proficiency with clinical documentation and data management systems.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to organizational policies and industry regulations.

Salary: $80,000-100,000 Annually (DOE)
