We are seeking a motivated WPC / Team Lead "Floater" to start May 1, 2026. This 3rd-shift leadership role will float between a 2 different sections and help transition the team between different areas. The ideal candidate is adaptable, coachable, optimistic, proactive, and eager to expand their skill set while supporting operational continuity.
