About the Role
The Credit Executive is responsible for granting, extending and/or denying credit pursuant to the policies and procedures of Ocean Casino Resort submission and New Jersey Gaming Regulations while supervising the credit representatives and all responsibilities of the credit office.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for granting, extending and/or denying credit pursuant to the policies and procedures of Ocean Casino Resort submission and New Jersey Gaming Regulations
- Comply with all company expectations including but not limited to policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and strategies.
- Establishing and encouraging business relationships with other departments including Player Development, Table Games, Slots, the Casino Cage, and Collections.
- Build relationships with guests to create memorable experiences and drive future visits to the property.
- Responsible for problem solving and overseeing the processing of credit applications
Essential Functions
- The ability to speak read and write in English
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of and the ability to work with Ocean Casino Resorts Software.
- Uphold and maintain a Key License issued by the NJDGE
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum (3) years of appropriate experience
- Excellent clerical, office and managerial skills
- Ability to independently maintain high levels of productivity
- General business and accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of credit policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Laws and Regulations pertaining to the Casino Industry
- Organizational and communication skills
- Credit, cage or casino experience preferred

- Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted $53,500 to $69,600 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
