Your career as a Senior P&C Business Partner at Booksy will give you the opportunity to directly impact our rapidly scaling US business from your base in the US. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to build high-performing teams and strengthen leadership capability, ensuring our people strategy is the engine behind our sustainable growth.

You’ll be excited by the prospect of acting as a trusted advisor across the entire employee lifecycle. Whether you are navigating complex talent challenges or guiding leaders through organizational change, you’ll have the autonomy to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment..

Salary range: $126k - $168k annual base

Reporting to: Head of People Partnering

Location: Remote from within an EST timezone, with some travel for offsites and events.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A proven track record of progressive HR experience, specifically as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments.
  • Strong US employment landscape knowledge to effectively support our US-based teams and leadership.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable people priorities.
  • Expertise in organizational design and workforce planning to help us scale effectively.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity.
  • Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) and a degree in a related field
