We’re looking for a Senior Producer, the one who makes studio, product, and visual production feel effortless. At LOOP, we believe outstanding visuals are the result of thoughtful production, strong creative instincts, and a precise eye for detail. With a strong understanding of lifestyle, beauty, and digital culture, you will lead productions across product, food, beauty, wellness, fashion, and still imagery. You’ll guide each project from concept through to final delivery in close collaboration with photographers, creatives, and social teams.

Requirements

• Planning, coordination and execution of productions: Leading and overseeing studio and on-location shoots across product, food, beauty, wellness, fashion, and still-life content, ensuring high-quality output for campaigns and digital platforms. 
• Creative collaboration and client alignment: Working closely with photographers, art directors, social teams, and clients to refine visual concepts and ensure each production clearly reflects the intended story and brand identity. 
• Development of visual environments: Contributing to the creation of distinctive visual worlds through set design, prop styling, model casting, outfit selection, and a strong sense of composition. 
• Production execution and on-set coordination: Managing lighting setups, equipment, crew, and talent while ensuring efficient workflows and a smooth production process from start to finish. 
• Production logistics and operations: Organizing location scouting and bookings, travel and transport, and handling permits, contracts, and all related operational requirements. 
• Talent casting and management: Researching, selecting, and booking models and talent, including coordination and contract handling, in line with the creative direction. 
• Post-production, budgeting and team support: Overseeing post-production and asset delivery, managing budgets and resources, while mentoring junior team members and supporting the wider production team when needed. 
• Communication skills: Fluent German is a must, with additional strong English required.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000.
