This role offers the opportunity to sell premium home remodeling solutions through pre-scheduled appointments, industry-leading training, and uncapped earning potential.

While this posting includes information about both product lines, each Sales Representative is hired, trained, and focused on ONE specialty:

• Bathroom Remodeling Solutions or
• Kitchen Cabinet Refacing Solutions

You will not be expected to sell both - allowing you to become a true expert in your product category.

What You’ll Sell

Depending on the role you are selected for, you will specialize in one of the following:

Bathroom Remodeling:

Help homeowners transform their bathrooms with premium bath and shower remodeling solutions featuring exclusive, high-quality products designed for beauty, durability, and accessibility.

Kitchen Cabinet Refacing:

Provide homeowners with luxury kitchen transformations through cabinet refacing - delivering dramatic kitchen upgrades without full cabinet replacement using high-quality materials and modern designs.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations using our proven sales process
• Design solutions tailored to customer needs and budgets
• Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (preferred)
• Strong one-call close ability
• Comfortable running evening and weekend appointments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift/move sample materials up to 25 lbs
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by high earnings potential

Compensation & Schedule

• Commission-based role with uncapped earnings
• Typical annual earnings: $150,000 – $300,000+
• Pre-scheduled appointments provided daily
• Flexible scheduling structure
