What You’ll Do
In this role, you are the architect of our service network. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our independent contractor (IC) partnerships, from the initial search to the final contract.
- Network Sourcing: Proactively find and connect with independent janitorial and facility maintenance providers throughout the Tulsa metro area.
- Bilingual Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between City Wide and our partners, conducting all business and negotiations fluently in both Spanish and English.
- Onboarding & Vetting: Guide new service providers through the partnership process, ensuring they meet our high standards for insurance, quality, and professionalism.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep trust with our partners to ensure smooth project execution and long-term loyalty.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain an organized database of vendors to ensure we are always prepared to meet new client demands.
- Strategic Coordination: Manage contractor availability and project assignments to ensure our clients receive world-class service.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual Fluency: Professional communication skills in both Spanish and English are required.
- The "Scout" Mentality: You enjoy the "outbound" nature of the job, finding new partners through networking, social media, and community outreach.
- Exceptional People Skills: You can build rapport instantly and handle business negotiations with a professional, win-win approach.
- Highly Organized: You have strong follow-up skills and are comfortable managing spreadsheets and scheduling tools.
- Background: Experience in staffing, vendor management, outside sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Reliability: This is a safety-sensitive position; a pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.
