Success in This Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and reliable Support Worker who values purpose
in their work. Someone who thrives on building genuine connections, supports people to
express themselves, and takes pride in seeing participants grow in confidence.
You will be a person who works independently, uses initiative, and can adapt quickly to
meet participant needs while maintaining a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment.
What You’ll Do
• Provide high‑quality day‑to‑day care and support
• Encourage participants to try new experiences and build confidence
• Support participants to develop healthy habits and meaningful routines
• Celebrate achievements, big and small, to make every day feel purposeful
• Foster independence, choice, and self‑expression
• Use your initiative to problem‑solve and create engaging, positive participant experiences
• Collaborate with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve goals
Who You Are
• Cert III in Individual Disability Support (or equivalent)
• First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to challenges
Availability Requirements- this will be discussed at interview. Need a copy of available
shifts with times
