Responsibilities:

• Assemble small parts and components according to specifications and production instructions.
• Utilize various hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Small Parts Assembler or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment is a plus.
