Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Answer phones and respond to reservation inquiries
• Process payments and manage POS/reservation system
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
• Resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Requirements

• Must pass background check
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
