Project Coordinator-Window & Door Installation bei Vella Glass Inc

Vella Glass is a high-end architectural glass installation company specializing in custom windows, doors, and large glass systems on premium residential projects throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can become the operational link between our field team and the office team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication between installation crews and office staff
• Organize and track job site documentation, photos, and updates
• Track service request and follow ups
• Track project progress and relay critical information to the team
• Assist with scheduling and daily job coordination
• Maintain organized job files and project records
• Help streamline processes and implement systems that improve workflow
• Ensure information from the field is captured, organize and communication

Requirements

This role is ideal for someone with a construction background who is organized. proactive, and capable of managing moving parts across multiple projects.

• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Self-motivated and able to learn quickly
• Comfortable communicating with field crews, contractors and office staff
• Detail oriented and reliable
