ABOUT AETHOS ERICEIRA
Perched above Praia da Calada, just 10 minutes from Ericeira, Aethos opened in 2022 as the ultimate seaside retreat. With 50 rooms, a restaurant and bar (ONDA), a heated saltwater pool, and a spa, we are a sanctuary for those seeking both adventure and relaxation.

YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated Valet Parking Attendant to ensure that our guests’ first and last impressions are impeccable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Host: Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional reception for all guests.
  • Vehicle Management: Park and retrieve vehicles with complete safety, organisation, and efficiency.
  • Logistical Support: Assist with luggage, manage flow at the hotel entrance, and ensure the lobby and valet area are always pristine.
  • Local Ambassador: Provide directions, local recommendations, and answer questions courteously.
  • Anticipating Needs: Collaborate with the reception, bar, and spa teams to guarantee a seamless and effortless guest experience.
  • General Support: Assist across various hotel areas whenever necessary, upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.

    • Desired Profile:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Valid driving licence with excellent driving skills.
  • A natural passion for customer service and hospitality.
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility in working hours, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy from a user perspective.
