The Strategy & Operations Analyst will play a critical role in enabling high-impact operational and commercial initiatives across the organization. This role combines structured analysis with hands-on process development and execution. It is designed for someone who wants to understand how a fintech operates at a granular level — and help improve it in real time. This is a highly ownership-driven position within a fast-moving environment.

Analyze operational and commercial opportunities (e.g., pricing, workflows, performance gaps) and assess potential impact.

Translate insights into structured operational processes that can be executed reliably.

Drive implementation of new workflows and monitor their performance.

Develop documentation and playbooks that ensure repeatability and clarity across teams.

Support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Risk, Customer Experience, and Growth.

Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, agent-based workflows) to improve process efficiency over time.

New initiatives are implemented with clear operational structure and measurable outcomes.

Processes become more predictable, transparent, and performance-driven.

Manual effort decreases over time through thoughtful automation.

Stakeholders rely on your structured thinking and follow-through.

Strong Excel proficiency and comfort with structured data analysis.

Experience building or deploying AI agents or automation workflows.

Familiarity with no-code automation tools (n8n or similar).

Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Exposure to startup or fintech environments.

Experience with BI tools or SQL.
