Do you love coffee and connecting with people? Motor Werks in Barrington, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Barista to join our in-house café. This is not your typical coffee shop role—you’ll be serving guests in a vibrant luxury dealership setting, helping create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and iced beverages
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
  • Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Support the overall dealership team with a positive attitude

    • Schedule

  • Select Saturdays 7:30 am–4:30 pm
  • Select weekday shifts (same hours)

    • What We Are Looking For

  • Previous barista or food service experience a plus
  • Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, teamwork, customer service and a passion for coffee
