At The Recovery Village, we are committed to providing high-quality care to individuals seeking recovery from addiction and mental health issues. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Housekeeper to help maintain our facilities in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring that the facility is clean and comfortable for patients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment, and reporting any maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas according to established schedules.
- Scrub and refinish hard surface floors to ensure a polished appearance.
- Shampoo carpets and clean any spots as needed.
- Report maintenance issues regarding equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
- Assist in setting up for special events and functions.
- Work collaboratively with the facility leadership team.
- Adapt to changing work assignments and maintain a strong focus on cleanliness.
- Conform to uniform and grooming standards.
- Assist in emergency cleanup situations as needed.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prefer one (1) year of experience or a personal preference in Housekeeping in a health care facility
