Janitor Wanted For Weekends en National Star Services

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Janitor for a 9-story apartment building with a three-level parking garage located in Northbrook, IL 60062.

Primary duties include:

-Cleaning and general maintenance of common areas:  The atrium, lobby, leasing office, media room, computer room, golf simulator room, conference room, fitness room, coffee bar, community room, elevators, elevator lobby’s, stairwells , restrooms and two outdoor areas, one with a pool and the other with a putting green.

-Collecting of the trash from the trash closets on each floor, trash of the parking garage along with cleaning up of a dog park.    

-Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.

-Perform other job-related duties as required.

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday

6:00AM to 2:30PM

Hourly Pay Rate:

$17.00/hr.

Bi-weekly Pay.

Requirements:

-Must have two valid forms of IDs.

-Be Bilingual (Speak English and Spanish)

-Commercial and/or Residential cleaning experience.

-Background check will be conducted.

-Be able to start working as soon as possible.

-Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
