Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff members to ensure a high-performance environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain and enhance property conditions through regular inspections and effective maintenance coordination.
- Develop budgets, analyze financial reports, and manage fiscal responsibilities.
- Drive marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy levels and attract new residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, addressing any concerns professionally and promptly.
- Conduct thorough leasing processes, from tours to signing lease agreements.
- Manage resident retention programs and community engagement activities.
- Act as a representative of CommonPlace in community events and local networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of property management software; experience with Appfolio preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of laws affecting property management and residential leasing.
- Organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle resident concerns and conflict resolution effectively.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license required for securing supplies and traveling to court in representing the company in legal eviction proceedings.
